The Art League of Rhode Island (ALRI) will display its 10th Anniversary Member’s Exhibition at the RISD Museum of Art from June 17 through July 25th. An honorary member of the ALRI, Malcolm Grear will exhibit his silkscreened poster titled “Earth Zero” which was commissioned to be shown in Hiroshima on the anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb.
The ALRI was formed to share a common vision to “encourage and foster artistic recognition and growth among Rhode Island Artists.” The exhibition will encompass the work of over eighty artists in all mediums. An opening reception will take place on June 17 at 5pm.
