Poet, Gail Mazur will read her “Little Tempest” on the HarborWalk of the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston (ICA) Thursday, October 25, 2007 at 6:30pm. Mazur’s recent book, “Zeppo’s First Wife: New & Selected Poems,” won the 2006 Massachusetts Book Award. The reading is part of the ICA’s “Poems for the HarborWalk” program, a collaboration between the ICA and the Creative Writing Program at UMass Boston.

Malcolm Grear Designers created the ICA HarborWalk Interpretive Panel (shown above) to display the poems. The angled glass panel protrudes over the water’s edge and creates a gathering place for the program’s readings and performances. This panel is just one part of Malcolm Grear Designers’ design for the ICA’s sign system.
