The University of Nebraska Kearney needed to strengthen their image nationally and abroad while distinguishing themselves from the University of Nebraska’s affiliated schools in Lincoln and Omaha. Malcolm Grear Designers created a visual identity which drew upon the existing name recognition of UNK while elevating their mission and growing reputation for academic excellence and value. UNK has enthusiastically embraced their new identity, engaging Malcolm Grear Designers to develop the look for their new and recently launched web site, newsletters, and UNK’s annual New Frontiers magazine highlighting research and creative activity at UNK.
