Malcolm Grear Designers developed a comprehensive visual identity system, including a secure Graphics Standards web site, which provides convenient browser-based access to brand guidelines and downloadable files for authorized users. The new seal emphasizes the Departments focus on "people," suggesting that each person is dependent upon the next, referencing both the community they serve and the Department‘s staff and divisions in their various fields of expertise.
