The University of Nebraska Kearney recently unveiled their new campus icon. Developed by Malcolm Grear Designers, the image draws on the strength of the University’s association with the state of Nebraska (located in the precise center of the country) and enhances UNK’s growing reputation for academic achievement and excellence.
Sharon Stephan, Assistant Vice President, Communications and Marketing, University of Nebraska commented, “I was impressed with the process they (Malcolm Grear Designers) undertook in developing UNK’s proposed icon, and the work they have done for a wide range of educational, cultural, medical and business entities. I believe they bring a good perspective and balance to the conversation, recognizing the importance of institutions as well as entities within those institutions.”
UNK has retained Malcolm Grear Designers to develop a Graphics Standards guideline, a new look for their web site, and design consultation for some of the University’s publications.
