Today, five of the world's top scientists will receive the prestigious Lasker Award. These awards, long considered "America's Nobel", honor excellence in basic and clinical science. The ceremony, with Keynote speaker Mayor Bloomberg, will be hosted in New York City.
Since its creation in 1942, the Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation has supported and recognized cutting-edge accomplishments in biomedical research. Through its awards, programs that educate the public, and advocacy, the foundation has fostered the prevention of disabilities and disease.
Malcolm Grear Designers has worked closely with the foundation since 1995, designing the Lasker Award and program, along with the identity and numerous collateral materials.
