The American Art Fair unveiled their new visual identity this week at their sixth annual fair in New York City. Designed by Malcolm Grear Designers, the new brand provides an identifier that is energetic, yet classical and elegant in its expression. The symbol suggests the two "a" letterforms while also implying other imagery such as banners or brush strokes.
The visual identity system is employed in everything from online and print ads, posters, website, brochures, name tags, tote bags and more. You will also see it on banners along Fifth and Park Avenues. The American Art Fair runs from Monday, December 2 – Thursday, December 5 at the Bohemian National Hall at 321 East 73rd Street, NYC. The Fair focuses on American 19th and 20th century works and features hundreds of landscapes, portraits, still lifes, studies, and sculpture exhibited by 17 premier art dealers.
In addition to creating The American Art Fair's visual identity, Malcolm Grear Designers designed their website, invitations, brochures, banners, ads and more.
